This explains the information Kolamia handles, its purposes, retention and your choices. Information needed varies by feature.

New paid purchases and subscriptions are not open. Administrator previews and member pilot access do not create charges.
1. Information and purposes
To calculate, display and save readings, we handle the names, kana, roman spelling, stroke counts and birth date you enter, optional birth time, place, time zone, coordinates, gender and blood type, and the resulting analysis. Obtain permission before entering someone else's details.
Calendars use a display name, birth date, time zone, event titles, dates and notification settings. Pilot membership also uses optional contact details and an expiry date set by the administrator, and sign-in status. Support and purchase-history enquiries use contact details, your request and relevant records.
2. Analytics, ads and abuse prevention
Public-page analytics and ads are enabled with your permission. Analytics aggregates views, actions, estimated country and optional age range and gender. This aggregate does not store names, emails, report text or IP addresses. You can use readings without answering.
Change your choice in the footer's analytics and ad preferences. Only your consent choice is stored on your device, not demographic answers. Ad images and external links can contact other services; we do not send your reading inputs to advertisers. Abuse controls use an identifier derived from the connection. Infrastructure providers may process connection logs for security.
5. External services and disclosure
We use external providers for hosting, email, notifications and, when used, AI-generated text. AI features may send necessary inputs and analysis data to the configured provider. Processing locations and retention depend on the feature and provider and may be abroad. Contact us for details.
We do not disclose personal information without required consent, except where law permits it. Paid sales are being prepared; this notice does not initiate disclosure to a payment service.
6. Retention, deletion and security
Analytics aggregates are kept for up to 90 days and older entries are removed when recording or reading aggregates. Saved readings, shared reports and member profiles have no uniform automatic deletion deadline. Information no longer needed is subject to deletion; contact us with requests. Membership expiry alone does not delete the profile.
We protect stored personal data using encryption, access controls and encrypted communications. Deletion requests are handled after checking relevant records, shared copies and legal retention duties. You should also delete exported copies and received emails yourself.
7. Rights and changes
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of use. This policy does not limit applicable legal rights or complaints to supervisory authorities. We announce important changes here or through other notices and seek fresh consent when required.
